A really good choice if you are looking for budget accommodation in Messina. Very good location, also very close to Messina Central Station / Coach Station, and walking distance to old town area. Check in was fine, rooms very clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was very basic though, and includes only coffee and a croissant - so that could be improved. Overall, recommended for budget travel.

Prenotazione telefonica per il b&b Cairoli sito in Piazza Cairoli e, al nostro arrivo, ci dirottano in un altro posto in una via alle spalle della piazza senza nessun tipo di insegna . Ingresso fatiscente, la sera al nostro rientro ci è pure passata una blatta tra i piedi, camere medio piccole, muri crepati e doccia discutibile con box bloccato impossibile da chiudere. Pagamento in contanti € 80 e senza alcun tipo di ricevuta. Con meno c'è molto, ma molto meglio a Messina.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte in questa struttura per fortuna, in una torrida notte di agosto. Proprietario gentile e disponibile, buona la pulizia delle camere e della cucina comune, manutenzione migliorabile. Tuttavia una cosa la devo segnalare come nota assolutamente negativa. Abbiamo dormito con il condizionatore acceso tutta la notte con due bambine xchè fuori non si respirava, ma al mio risveglio ho notato che il cortile era invaso di piccioni, addirittura la signora di fronte copriva la biancheria stesa da asciugare per evitare di trovarla piena di escrementi. Il motore del nostro condizionatore pieno di piume e molto altro….e quello abbiamo respirato tutta la notte! Non si può tenere una struttura in queste condizioni!

B&B in zona centrale… personale molto cortese e prezzo a notte nella media… nella media, se la location fosse stata curata un po’ meglio, trattandosi comunque di una struttura del 2015, come riportato anche sul sito… e le foto che ho messo, parlano da sole!!! Ambiente confortevole e pulito, però a volte i dettagli fanno la differenza.

Stanza accogliente, posto centralissimo e comodo, meno x il parcheggio, proprietari gentilissimi, molto disponibili e cordiali. Consiglio ai gestori di cambiare il bar x la colazione, i cornetti congelati e un caffè un po' misero x dei turisti. Anche la donna delle pulizie deve fare più attenzione ai dettagli.

Ottimo B&B in posizione strategica. Locali moderni, puliti e accoglienti. Personale molto cortese. Per la colazione, migliorabile nell'offerta, ci si appoggia ad un bar posto sotto allo stabile. Pratica purtroppo ormai comune in molti b&b. Peccato! Nota dolente: avendo un piccolo e leggero trolley e non avendo problemi di mobilità non ho chiesto informazioni a riguardo ma mi è sembrato di capire che l'accesso all'ascensore (sotto chiave) è consentito ai soli condomini.

Posizione centralissima, sopra un bar che la sera fa musica dal vivo fino a mezzanotte; la musica si sente dalla camera, ma trovandosi in centro è quasi normale che avvenga ciò. Piuttosto durante la notte il fastidiosissimo rumore deriva dalla cassetta del wc che di tanto in tanto caricava acqua all’improvviso facendo un rumore insopportabile, e addirittura si sentiva anche quello delle camere accanto. Pulizia sicuramente da migliorare: muri del bagno sporchi, polvere dentro il bidet, zanzara schiacciata sul muro. Per non parlare delle 3 blatte giganti che circolavano per la scala del condominio… una bella disinfestazione??? Dalle foto presentate sul sito ci si aspetta molto di più, ma è stato invece un po’ deludente. Bisogna avere molta molta più cura. Peccato! Proprietario Gaetano gentile e disponibile.
