Very nice room. Very helpful staff and also lovely breakfast. Found the location perfect when traveling via train. Attached to Liverpool Lime Street station so very convenient. Would stay there again happily

amazing check-in a lovely gift of 2 drinks for a birthday treat.
Unfortunately, the room was very dusty and was in need of a better clean but overall a nice stay

下次如果再來利物浦，我不會訂這家酒店了。早餐簡單，沒有gym，房間也有些破舊了。有些渴想多要兩瓶水，結果前台説請自己下樓後面，呵呵。大家可以多走幾步或者叫個taxi選擇別的酒店，不必貪圖火車站面前住宿。
