Nice hotel with great selection of breakfast. Hotel is quite pool area was amazing

I was disappointed from the moment I arrived. We only spent one night there and arrived fairly late (after 10 PM). We received our room card and were shown the breakfast time but nothing else. We had no wifi information and did not feel welcomed. When we arrived in the room, it was extremely hot and filled with mosquitoes. Understanding the fact that we were close to Mount Vesuvius, we decided to turn on the air and hope for the best. But we started noticing that the room just look dirty. There were spiderwebs on the ceiling, the sheets were ripped and there was a lot of dirt behind the curtains. The curtains were also stained. You will notice on the pictures uploaded. We only had a few hours before catching our return flight to the states so we decided to push through the night. The AC never seem to kick in, very disappointing. Then we turned on the shower, it was supposed to be a rain shower but we turned it on and a stream of water poured out of the shower right over the glass, so I guess it was broken. We ended up showering with the handheld instead. The one thing I want to highlight is the amazing customer service from an older gentleman in the breakfast area. We did not have breakfast, but ran in there to grab some coffee before heading out and he was the only person in the hotel to welcome us with a smile. He kept offering his service and asking us to eat something. He even waved us goodbye as we left.

Awesome hotel , great views over the bay od naples and Versuvius with shuttle service to station for free .didnt use the pool as we stayed in April and still a little cool

Nice people, shame about the hotel condition Staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel is in need of renovation and doesn't compare to the other 4 star hotels we've stayed in during our European driving holiday.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel was lovely and the staff were the best. Could not fault them throughout the stay. They were friendly and extremely helpful constantly ferrying us back and fore to the train station!! Highly recommended. Special shout out to Dario (my personal favourite) Antonio and Giovanni. Thanks guys you made our stay really great
