What can I say We came back for 2nd time after Spring May 2014 Great view great dinner at the restaurant The room with lake was comfortable great view through the window sunrise sunset and dead calm clear lake under the moonlight Good walking track along the lake

We stayed at hotel beauregard, annecy in june 2025. We got charged 105cdn for four croissants and some chopped melon and coffee for breakfast and our kids and i got shocked in the pool after management was made aware from another guest hours before that they were shocked as well.. I wrote management and they haven't responded to my letter. Here it is.. Our experience is as follows: We stayed at Hotel Beauregard for 2 nights. Arriving after 10p the first night we found the reception closed. The following morning, breakfast was just done being served at 0930am and staff had politely offered up a plate of four croissants, some fruit and coffee. We were grateful to have some nourishment but they did not indicate a charge of 60fr ($105Cdn) would be placed on our account which was a surprise upon checkout but we did pay. On our day at the hotel we enjoyed the pool (as we intended to do) after a walk into town. At approximately 5pm myself and my two children were sitting on the steps in the pool where metal grates emit bubbles at varying intensities. My wife was on the deck and taking a picture of us. We suddenly felt an intense electrical jolt throwing us from our seated position (i'm sure you have video footage) but we did not immediately know what occurred. We did discuss it with patrons in the pool but this was lost in translation. We exited the pool and recovered in patio loungers, discussing what had occurred when a man, also a patron was yelling at a staff member. After their altercation, I asked the man what they were discussing. He indicated the exact same sensation occurred to him just hours before. When this occurred to him, the manager did not close the pool to patrons. He now demanded they close it as it kept occurring and now kids were affected and this was obviously

what was supposed to be a stopover on the way to the holidays turned out to be a wonderful surprise ! beautiful location, beautiful view of the lake, quiet, very good breakfast, friendly staff...very nice jacuzzi and sauna

The emplacement is wonderful & there is parking on the premises. For the most part, the staff was good. My room was very clean & comfortable however the bed was 2 individual mattresses/beds pushed together which was not comfortable if you slept in the middle of the bed! I suggest they add one of those thin mattress pads on top. I had lunch & breakfast sur place; the lunch was delicious & beautifully presented. However, the breakfast, which I was told would be served until 9h30, was horrendous as was the service & restaurant staff. I arrived at 9h15 & the coffee machine had been turned off, cleaned & shut down. When I asked for coffee, the staff did not try to hide the fact that I was being very inconvenient. There were no scrambled eggs, the water was turned off to make hard/soft-boiled eggs, etc... The hotel did NOT give me or any of the other guests any warning or notification that there was renovation work going on at the hotel at the time of my booking or thereafter. The work was on my floor/level & started at 8h10 with what seemed to be drilling through concrete & the noise was constant until 9h30 & was then off & on all day until the early evening. I was not the only person complaining about the starting hour & noise level first thing in the morning. Emanuel who was on reception duty handled all of the complaints (there were a LOT) very professionally, was attentive & polite. Everyone was more upset that we were not informed in advance & I suggested that the hotel should at the very least put a sign up at the reception (which they still have not done to my knowledge). The hotel management was not overly enthusiastic about trying to make a commercial jest for their clients but those of us who insisted eventually were given 10% off ( I was not but I did not have to pay for my horrible breakfast, thank goodness)! However, I would still recommend the hotel & would book again but suggest you phone & ask if there is any noise or unexpected inconveniences that you should be aware of before confirming your reservation.

Top HÔTEL with swimming pool and WHAT VIEW !!!! Two restaurants on the terrace . You can have a drink all day and go to thé swimming pool to have sun with the best view of Annecy i think. I Come here since ten years and it’s always top

The room we got looked so different compared to the picture that we decided not to stay (very small, old and on the main road). Didn’t prevent the hotel from charging us the full amount. STAY AWAY.
