Se localiza en zona cercana al centro Cívico de Mexicali. A pesar de no ser un hotel de cadena , es muy bonito , sus habitaciones son espaciosas y cumple todos los requerimientos del viajero exigente. Sus áreas verdes son de lo mas agradable, no lo encuentras en hoteles cerrados . El personal es atento. Cuenta con amplio estacionamiento. Ahora cuentan con un centro de consumos Frontera Grill que ofrecen un descuento adicional del 15% aun cuando sus precios son bastante accesibles.

En general es una buena experiencia, lo único malo es que siendo Mexicali no regalen hielo y en vez de eso lo vendan. Fuera de eso es muy cómodo, seguro, céntrico, accesible , buen personal , la piscina muy limpia, y rapidez para resolver una reservación.

Las instalaciones son agradables y cómodas, el desayuno incluido es sencillo pero de buen sabor. Disponibilidad de estacionamiento. Los jardines y la alberca son muy agradables y refrescantes, puedes pasar una mañana muy agusto.

Habitaciones con mosquitos de baño público, televisión pequeña para la distancia a la cama, y lo peor es el “desayuno” que te incluyen, de verdad es algo inconcebible, plato y vaso desechable de unisel (contaminación), un tenedor de plástico con el que no puedes comer
