Excellent location, very near amazing restaurants, shopping area, parks… Great room space; the people in the hotel are very nice, they go out of the way to please customers. Sara and Agustin in the restaurant were amazing!! Thank you guys very much!!!

My experience at Kimpton was highlighted by the friendly staff who greeted me every morning and night, and especially by Sara Rodriguez, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She answered all our questions about Mexico City and made every interaction feel personal. People like her make the stay memorable. Thank you Sara!

The hotel does not respect bookings even made directly through IHG website, have a valid credit card on file and the useless platinum level at the loyalty program. Simple: for a packed weekend they decided not to honor my booking made with 10 months of anticipation and at the reception, a lady named Navid decided to help providing a room with a rate three times higher. They showed no regard for their guests, it’s more valuable the profit for reselling rooms at a high demand weekend. Not a luxury property and of course I will never consider staying here again. There are many hotels in Mexico City that truly care their guests , this is not one of them.

Excellent and cordial service. Scarce food menu but savory. Very nice inside terrace, very fit for conversation, no loud music.

Great experience in La Caña terrace with the help of Marco Sauza! Excellent support. Expert in Mezcal that helped us to navigate the menu and explore several options. Highly recommended. Great atmosphere.
