We discovered that the elevator was broken when we tried to use it. There was no prior communication no notice posted in on near the elevador. As result we had to use the stairs for two days (8th floor). When we asked for a estimated time for the repair, no timeline was provided!

The room was spacious, it had a portable AC instead of a more effective type of AC. The floor had dust and the linens where dirty. They had spots in the pillow inn the side of the mattress.
The mattress was old and bumpy.
The people in the counter were nice and attentive.

Elevator wasn’t working and my room was all the way on the 5th floor. No help available to help me with my luggage. Nice location though!

The location is perfect for tourism, you can walk to Centro Historico, Chapultepec and Roma. MetroBus is nearby and reliable. There is a lot of things to do nearby. The only issue was that out of 5 days i couldnt get their internet to work a single day

Nice rooms , excellent and courteous staff always willing to help , they were friendly and helpful.
Nice restaurants around and a Chinese restaurant in the hotel with sumptuous meals.
The only issue was the WiFi
Had to go to the reception to get a better network but overall my experience was good
