Hotel is within the airport. Very convenient for early morning departure. But seems to be lacking in sign board to easily locate the hotel. Comfy bed and pillows are the best part of my stay in this hotel.

It was so nice to be able to be so close to my gate when I was just traveling through the airport and had a long layover. Once you walk through those doors you wouldn’t even know you were in an airport. It was quiet and very clean.

Great hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.

Location was right next to international departure hall at T1. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was nice and only made one mistake by arranged us a room who was occupied already.

Avoid room 407! It's super noisy! There's a constant machine humming sound from upstairs. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport, just a 5-10 minute walk to the check-in counter.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, this time the experience wasn't as good. While my family member was showering, the sliding glass door suddenly fell off and shattered. Luckily, no one was hurt, but it really scared them, and we didn't sleep well that night. On the bright side, the hotel's service was excellent; they immediately helped us switch to another room.

The hotel is in a good location, is not cheap but is worth it if you just want to take a good rest

What a great surprise, the room hotel was extra big, very clean, with all the supplies necessaries, and the food was excelent, great flavor and big enogh.

The hotel is great but it as a drain smell, It seems it is because it is an old hotel, but the rest is quite good, if no a lot of time and need to stay at the airport I recommend

Convenient location with good sized rooms and comfortable bed. Very close to airport food court. Good for a few hours sleep before connecting flight.

There are close to departure terminal, walking distance be there. Room clean and tidy, very suitable for transit flight passenger.

To get to the hotel in T1 you need to go to gate 8 and go up the escalator. Although it says Radisson (or other hotel chain) it actually takes you to this hotel. By the time I arrived to Mexico City, the internal transfer train from T2 to T1 wasn't working (it is currently under maintenance). I am not sure if the hotel has a shuttle bus but at the airport they indicated me to take the "red bus"; it charges 25MXN per person but then I learned there was another bus next to it that takes you for free to T1. The room itself was fine, although it had certain Indian smell, not sure if from previous guest or the lotion they have by the sink. I spent only one night there due to late arrival and early next day flight. Although I checked out very early, they managed to prepare the breakfast for me. The chicken sandwich was a blessing in my next flight. 2 things that were not so great: One of the 2 elevators to get to the lobby from the airport were not working properly, aways getting stuck at the lobby floor. In the room, the curtain was not closing entirely, and the bright white light of the airport was easily entering in the room (I am not sensitive to light to sleep but some people may). I would recommend this hotel if you were just sleeping over for the night. There is nothing touristic around, but the airport offers you plenty of food options nearby the hotel.

Located just inside the Benito Juarez Airport, very convenient for guests with a connecting flight.
