Nice hotel in a great location in Mexico City. I appreciated the complementary breakfast. Clean towels every day. Only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, it may be advisable to bring earplugs as you can hear your neighbours

Booked a double but got a single (no desk or chair) tv audio is analog no Netflix or digital TV. Very low water pressure sometimes luke warm water or not hot enough.

This place is as described. It is in a great location and many places are walkable from the hotel. I do wish they gave us towels when we arrived to our room. We had to ask for some and they didn’t supply us extras for the bathroom, so we had none to dry our hands or for use when getting out of the shower. Aside from that the rooms were nice and they gave us water after every cleaning service. They had flexible checkin hours which was nice since we had a late flight coming into Mexico. All the staff were very friendly.

I quite liked this stay. The area is amazing for restaurants and the staff is great. I slept really well. The bed was really comfortable.
The fresh fruit was nice at breakfast. I wish they had a plant based milk for the cereal instead of only cow milk though
They need new towels.
