The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was well organized and in a good area. Walkable distance to major tourist spots. Just be mindful of rain days and flooding as the area is prone to flooding.

I had some unpleasant experiences during my stay. The passport holder in the suitcase in the room was missing $100. The hotel checked the surveillance and found that no one else had entered except for cleaning. Due to insufficient evidence, there was no way to prove who took it, so I had to suffer in silence. The management of the hotel was also average. I paid for breakfast and went in. After eating, the waiter stopped me and asked if I had paid. It was ridiculous.

The hotel room is big and there are many restaurants nearby, but the towels are not very clean and are black. The gym on the 6th floor is big and the swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. I stayed there for 6 days in total and it was safe to walk on the road at night.

The location is perfect but everything else needs to be reviewed! The rooms are aging and need a real refresh...Moreover, when we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 a.m. after almost 20 hours of traveling with a baby, our room was available but we were asked to pay an additional €45 to be able to access it. ..(otherwise we had to wait until 3 p.m.!) On the other hand, no compensation for leaving the room early in the morning on the last day of our stay 😉) 2 towels for 3 people, 2 power outlets only available in the room, incessant noise due to single-glazed bedroom window, located on the 1st floor on a busy street... And finally, impossible to access the roof terrace, all the time taken for ”private events” in short, we were particularly disappointed with our stay in view of the comments we had read before our reservation!

Nice location.. but Donceles street was closed three days straight without cars being able to reach address. The building is old, though renovated. The smell of thinner and other solvents and pesticides was present in corridors and staircase throughout our stay. Inside the Unit everything ok.

This hotel near Chinatown in Mexico City is relatively clean and comfortable, though a bit below the usual Ibis standard. The location is a good—quiet at night but still close to the central walking areas. The staff don’t speak English but are kind and do their best to help. The main downside is the bathroom—water doesn’t drain well, so it ends up flooding, which was pretty annoying. Other than that, it’s a decent spot for the price, especially if you’re just looking for somewhere simple and convenient.

The room was really nice, although it got a bit warm, the aircon machine was hard to modify. Everything was very nice, front desk very kind and helpful I recommend this place.

The breakfast is very hot, rich, with a lot of meat, you can also make waffles yourself, there are many styles of fruit, all the food is sufficient, until 11 o'clock at noon, breakfast is eaten, even lunch does not have to eat

The toilet in the room has a strong smell and the facilities are simple. The hotel breakfast is scrambled eggs every day. There is a shop selling towers downstairs. The price of more than 700 and 500 is for this location. The hotel has two security guards and the cleaning staff are great. I would also like to mention that this hotel is together with the Youth Hostel. You can meet a lot of people from youth hostels every day.

La estancia fue bien. El lugar no es tan concurrido y de noche no hay mucho ruido. las instalaciones son antiguas, en las fotos parece más nuevo. No tiene A/C pero tienen un ventilador de base que algo arregla para el calor. La ducha tiene agua caliente y puerta, es cómodo y todo está limpio. No le doy todos los puntos porque creo que es mejorable. En el desayuno que ofrecen, que considero de agradecer, no disponen de fruta fresca ni tampoco leche deslactosada, no tienen ninguna opción para personas intolerantes al gluten, ya no digo productos concretos pero por ejemplo fruta fresca. Hoy en día hay cada vez más intolerancias. Creo que algún huésped llegó a las 4 am y estuvo timbrando y echando la puerta abajo al lado de mi habitación y no dormí nada, pero bueno tampoco es culpa de establecimiento.
