Hotels in Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City

I’ve been staying in this hotel a couples of times and I always have a comfortable staying

It's incredibly convenient for late arrivals or early morning flights. Both the service and the food were very good, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The only slight drawback is that the hotel felt a bit dark in some areas due to a lack of windows.

After leaving the airport, I couldn't find the airport bus at all. I called and was asked to wait. Taking a taxi so far away, no one took the order. When we got to the first room, it smelled like paint. It had to be changed. The hotel windows could not be opened. The Internet was not good and often disconnected. There was really nothing for breakfast. There was nothing.

Everything was fine though the shower was from iceberg cold to barely warm, no where near hot. A hot shower is one of the more important details for a hotel room, especutan executive hotel. I took a shower around 10 pm, and another at 4:45 am and both showers were at the same cool temperature despite the water temperature being at the hottest faucet setting. The bed was comfortable, the air temperature was exactly what we wanted, the little coffee packet was fine, the mini fridge was cold, the water pressure was good, the Internet was fast enough, and the TV screen was large(60”?). There were plenty of things that were good, but we really wanted and expected a hot shower, especially given the price of the room. (Room 105) We didn't have time to mention the water temperature as we were on a tight travel schedule. Nonetheless, a hot shower is an obvious expectation for an executive hotel or even lower end hotels and motels.

The layout of the room looks better than the picture, the view is very wide, the bedding is more comfortable, the pillow is a bit high. The toiletries here are quite complete in the hotel I currently live in Mexico. The sink is also open, looks very spacious and comfortable, and the hand sanitizer smells good. The windows are wide. The room was clean and the breakfast waiter was very good. The only downside is that there is no laundry service, the overall stay experience is not bad, it is recommended to come. It is actually very close to Mexico City, that is, the traffic in Mexico City really crashed. Traffic jam all day long

The hotel in general is pretty good, very clean and tidy, with Mexican theme. The location is right in front of metrobus stop and near to Mexico city downtown, although the surrounding zone is not tourist, next to Tepito. The restaurant was big but for my one night stay it didn't have many available options for dinner, only two dishes. If you need something near to central bus station TAPO or airport for a short period I will recommend it.

The facilities are complete, and it is very convenient to rest for a night if you are in transit. The sanitary conditions are acceptable, the front desk service attitude is good, and they help introduce precautions, etc.
