TH Marilleva

No quiet areas anywhere in the hotel, not even in your room with children running up and down the corridor unsupervised. Meal times were always a rugby scrum, come late and the buffet choice was limited. Although there were no smoking or vaping signs certain people ignored this.

We return to TH Marileva for the second time. We are very happy again this year. Food very good, waiter service at a high level (Antonio, Carmine💪). Everyone is very nice and friendly - from the reception to the cleaners. We are very happy that this year we met Max ❤️ and Juri ❤️ - this is a guarantee of fun at the highest level for us. The entire TH crew is great and talented. I had the pleasure of being on a walk with a group of non-skiers. Great experience (Juri and Samu - thank you). Special thanks to the master who sang and played the guitar beautifully (G. Maffei) and the wonderful Lucialina T❤️. I missed only one beautiful person this year - Giorgi Alluzi ❤️. I will be back next year and hope to see you again. It was sad to leave. TH thank you for a wonderful holiday

I am traveller from Ukraine and stayed at this hotel for a week with my family. The level is the same as a USSR sanatorium. Condition of the room according to the 2 star hotel. Rooms are badly maintained. Two windows in my room were badly fixed and the wind was wondering nearby second bed in region of my head and pillow. The windows are molded what is inadmissible. But to the contrary of conditions the staff are really helpful. They are ready to cope with the problems concerning client's demands. The level of room cleaning wants to become better. Restourant cutlery has awful soap tracks. The staff do not know english what makes unable to cope with them. They do not even know 'HOT WATER or A LITTLE BIT'. That is terrible. The food court is delicious what really suprised me. Italian cuizine was on the top. Dinner sessions does not include hot drinks. I was completely shoked when I realised that. The hotel is located on the middle of the mountain what is really suitable for skiers. Spa centre is in poor condition. Saunas are old and badly maintained, relaxing rooms are badly thought out but on the contatry of it, the pool was quite good and clean. Among the staff only 30% knew English. All in all this weekeng was not worth its money. The ski lockers are not free. The fee for using them per week is 15€/person. That is very suprising. Needless to say, that the owning company does not want to correct anything. Do not recommend to visit this hotel. There are two ways of good reviews, one is that they bought them, the second is that the people who came here became totally in love with mountains. We've been to TH Marilleva 4 times, it always delivers on an excellent family-friendly ski holiday. Perfect location, ski in/out with great ski hire in the hotel with heated lockers. Rooms are perfect for families, full board takes the hassle out of dining and the quality of food is very good. This is a hidden gem and perfect for family ski holidays.

PRO: - great food - helpful staff - right next to the slope - ski resort (Marilleva, Folgarida, Campiglio, Pinzolo) is huge and well maintened - mostly sunny location CONS: - ski storage for a fee (30 EUR for 2 people) - a small swimming pool with a mandatory swimming cap (it is mandatory throughout Italy - not a problem of the hotel) - in hight season slopes are ovecrowded
