The reception contact (John) was awkward and rude.
He raved on saying Trip.com will NEVER get their business again beacause I booked on your App & he couldn't believe the deal along with other rubbish... I wouldnt have him representing any business let alone dealing with people!!!!
After all that the stay was actually fabulous 😎😄

They don't change the towels, they don't clean the room, and there's no body soap, so there are a lot of disappointing points.
There was a balcony, but it was locked and I couldn't open the window.
Moreover, the front desk closed too early.
