The resort was great, check in was a little slow, they only had one person working the check in area at all times. They were working on the elevators when we weee there and there was a wait for that as well. Communication with my host was not great either The resort was beautiful and well kept by the pool and beach. The staff was so nice!

Not the cleanliness I expected
Well, ten years back approximately I used to stay in Fountainbleau thru VRBO, Now the rooms a little outdated but mainly had tiny gnats(mosquitoes) in every room , had to clean drawers before leaving clothes in it (dead bugs!)Otherwise the hotel beautiful pools, service, great location , however my thing is having high standards of cleanliness/meaning no flys. No bugs!Next Miami visit I’ll pay a little more and stay at a high hotel

Amazing Stay!
I recently stayed at this Miami resort and had an incredible experience! The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The rooms were modern, clean, and offered stunning views of the ocean. I especially loved the pool area and the easy beach access—it felt like a true getaway. The on-site dining options were delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing yet vibrant. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the best of Miami!

I don’t even know where to start!!! Woww. Best stay I’ve ever ever had at Fontainebleau. The room was stunning and sooo spacious. Beautiful view and 2 balconies. Had a very big fridge in the kitchen which was a big plus for us. Everything in the room was clean and working properly. The host was also so responsive and answered all of my messages in literally under 5 minutes throughout our stay. Check in and check out was so easy too! This place has so many pools, beach service where they give you chairs, and you get 2 spa passes daily. Will definitely be back! We really felt the luxury in and out of the room. If you want to stay here I definitely recommend this room as it’s my new favorite.

Beautiful unit

This is my 5th time at FB . It’s perfect as always . This was the best unit I’ve been in . Clean and updated . It is important to note though I wasn’t expecting the $350 fee checking out . 75 parking one night 200 cleaning fee plus random taxes . Plus already paying 385 for one night . At the same time you pay for what you get . You are staying at a top tier place and unit .

Fountainbleau
The apartment is basically as listed. Know that the Fountainbleau is a massive property with lots of conventions. There was a huge one during my stay and 2 of 4 elevators out of service- was a nightmare to get up and down. Also- lot of little things not taken care of which leads me to believe general maintenance and quality control not best. They need to upgrade the in unit coffee maker - is a long walk to get coffee across the complex and the shop was quite busy all of the time. Given the price- expect more attention to detail.
