Costa Norte Boutique Hotel Miami Beach

For me, the number one priority for a stay is cleanliness. Overall, our first impression of cleanliness in the hotel was a bit poor when you enter the hallway with an extremely dirty, dust-filled carpet. Upon entering the room, it looked fine - clean but very old-looking. The material on the chairs was peeling off. The bathroom was clean enough, but I still did not want to go barefoot in the shower. Note that all the towels are jet black, so you get piece of mind knowing that no stains will show up on them if there are any: Take that information however you want to interpret it. However our biggest grievance was that there was a small bloodstain on the bedsheets. I still trusted that it was probably clean and simply just a stain, but nevertheless… Gross. Overall, it’s fine as budget room. You get what you pay for. If you lower your standards enough, this place will do. On the other hand, the location was fantastic. Close to the beach and walking distance to quite a lot of fantastic restaurants.

the location is perfect, room are very good. it is not a hotel its is more like a room with private bath. no daily room cleaning - preparation.

Nice but inaccurate listings The service received at this hotel was fantastic despite a rough beginning. Upon checking in, the room hadn't been cleaned. I informed the person at the front desk, and he made sure it was done while we went out for dinner. There are some things in the listing that are deceiving, however. It says parking is available, which is false. There is PAID public parking nearby for $1 per hour from 8AM to 11PM, but there is a 10 hour max. Not ideal when you don't need to take your car. And since I was not expecting to pay to park my car, this was an additional cost that made my trip not worth it. Secondly, the listing I chose says the room sleeps 3, this is also incorrect. There is 1 bed. I assumed the couch turned into a bed, and it did not. After asking, I was told I could rent a cot for an additional $20 per night. Again, another unforeseen cost. We opted not to rent the cot and ended up sharing the bed. The listing should not say sleeps 3 if there is only 1 bed and the cot is not included.

The manager Obi was incredibly nice and accommodating. Great sense of humor. Place was very clean. Nice area. Safe area. A 3-5 minute walk to the beach! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Miami.

Wonderful find just a few blocks from the bandshell and the beach. What an amazing deal for a short getaway. Not a lot of frills, but everything you need including a mini fridge and microwave. Lots of walkable food options nearby. It's an older property but kept very clean and organized. What really stood out was the staff. You can tell they love the place.
