The location of the hotel is close enough to my conference venue, Fontainebleau, especially their new conference center is across the street, very convenient. My room was facing the building HVAC air vent , I can hear noise like running 24/7. The under-bathtub bed cracked, every time I stood on top of the bathtub for shower, it's not stable and has cracking noise. The mattress, pillows and/or bedsheets are not clean, I felt like some bugs were biting me all night, couldn't sleep well. Carpet is dirty and soiled, bathroom door is cracked. It looks like everything is falling apart.

Отель хороший, место тоже, окна бы побольше и балкон, в остальном вопросов нет. Взимают в отеле очень высокий сервисный сбор, но об этом заранее тут на сайте предупреждают. Залог возвращали ровно месяц

Çok uzun yolculuk sonrası gece yarısı ailem ile otele girdiğimde resepsiyondaki suratı hiç gülmeyen ve hiç birşekilde yardımcı olmayan iki resepsiyonist tarafından karşılandık ve kabus başladı …trip com üzerinden 1 ay önce yaptırmış olduğum ve kahvaltı dahil ücretini ödediğim odamızın rezervasyonu olmadığını ücretinin dahi ödenmediğini söylediler.
Defalarca ödeme dekontlarımızı ve voucherı göstermeye çalışsakta bakmak bile istemediler .Vurdumduymaz umursamaz tavırları çok kötüydü
Gece yarısı kabusundan kurtulmak için sonunda ben tekrar ücret ödemek zorunda kaldım .Yetkili müdürleri olmadığı için trip coma ulaşsamda onlarında yardımı taki diğer günün öğlenine kadar olamadı.Sabah kahvaltısına geçtiğimizde yine ücret sorunu oldu ve sonunda rezervasyonunuzu şimdi bulduk dediler
