5/5PerfectThe picture deviates from the actual room. Ctrip acknowledges the mistake and compensates for the difference. This is very much appreciated. Then there was a problem with foreign taxation. I felt that the platform prompt was not obvious enough. Domestic use of one-time payment. In addition to paying room fees, foreign countries also charge taxes. The prompt on the Ctrip app is not clear enough.

Haven't found the right property yet?
Check in was fast. One lady at the front desk was helpful (Alicia, I think), the other lady was not helpful at all. Hotel is a bit of a maze, asked where my room was the unhelpful lady told me she didn't know. Saw a mouse run across the hall, under a door and into a room as we were searching for our room. Floor tiles were uneven, so we couldn't fully close or fully open our bathroom door. I tried to call the front desk 2 times and there was no answer. The pool and deck area are actually part of the restaurant next door, which could be cool and fun - but not if you are traveling with kids. At checkout, they held our bags for us, which was a nice service. There was a gentleman working and he was recommended a nice local restaurant for dinner.
