The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and very spacious - I was honestly surprised at how nice it was (the photos do not do it justice). Very nice area, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and main areas. Loved how easy the mobile check-in was as well. My only gripe, and this is with a lot of places, is the cleaning, but it seems as though this has become the norm for apartment style vacation rentals.

This two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit is great for a couples trip or a family that wants room to spread out. The property is in a great location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and a grocer next door. Inside, it’s clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished. The bedrooms are separated by a large living area. The kitchen is stocked with the basics and you’ll feel like royalty in the luxurious master bath wet room. The mattress was a little firm for me, but much to my surprise , I slept like a baby. Of course, it’s the city so the expansive views come with city noise at night, but its part of the charm.

When I visit Miami again I will be staying here and I want the same room. SPACIOUS, 3 br 3.5 bath with patio and pool access. Huge bedrooms with walk-in closets and personal bathrooms. Loved the connected parking garage and easy access to Trader Joe's and other restaurants at ground level within 1-2 blocks. Clean, quiet, and spacious.

-upon arrival room door code would not open, needed to call and spend 20 minutes on the phone to get in the suite.
-the air conditioning was turned up to 80 degrees and took hours to get cooled to 72 degrees.
-had the call for bathroom hand towels.
-the windows didn't keep the sound from the traffic from the streets out.
-the hallway carpet was dirty and needs a good cleaning.
-the rest of the unit was good.
-everything else worked and the kitchen was nice to have.
-more recycle information needed, so that we can be more environmentally conscious.

Absolutely loved the location, size, parking, amenities and overall layout of this property for my family of five, 6-night vacation. We stayed in unit 502, which was very well pointed and modern. The only negatives were the obnoxious amount of horn blowing from the street below, which was lessened when the sliding doors were closed. And unfortunately, the shower in the primary room, floors, and the kitchen countertops were not cleaned well enough for my preference. I expected a higher level of detailed cleaning, but it certainly was not a deal breaker. I would stay again without hesitation.

Fantastisk lägenhet med jättebra läge och parkering i samma hus. Vi bodde fem personer på ca 170 kvm med tre sovrum och tre badrum. Restauranger och shopping runt omkring och ca 15 min promenad till stranden. Kommer gärna tillbaka hit. :)
