JINGYIThe average American breakfast, the most appreciated is to sit outside the hotel to have breakfast, the environment is very comfortable. The room is small and the sanitation is very small. The parking lot of 2 streets is 20 yuan per night, which is cheap. Hotel facilities are average, a bit old, but the road is very lively at night, and the beach is also very close.

The glass door is poorly soundproofed, the outdoor bar is noisy until midnight, and the pool starts to be cleaned at 7am. How can you expect people to sleep well? I used the old faucet for two days, but I still couldn't tell which direction to turn to get hot water. The winding maze-like stairs made me go up and down the stairs the wrong way after two days. Recommended for people who are interested in archeology.

Overall pretty decent hotel in a great location. For the price, you get what you pay for, the room was in decent condition. The entrance definitely should be more visible as it was hard to find the place… Parking was not ideal as they suggest you park in a paid parking lot $40 a day that’s a 6 min walk from the actual hotel. The rooms were very pretty though and clean, and the service was friendly! Only complaint really is the lack of counter/storage in the ADA king bed room… there is a single sink that you would find in a powder room, with no counter or cabinets. Wasn’t too expensive especially given the close location, so would come back to this hotel. Also, I would say that I wouldn’t visit if you’re looking for a quieter stay as the walls are pretty thin and there were definitely some rowdy late night guests. Thats many places in SoBe though, so was expecting as much.

Guest UserThe only reason I gave the hotel a 3/5 for service was because of the noise the staff would make in the mornings. The rooms pick up noise on the second floor from the hallway very well. So I could hear the staff loudly chatting up a storm, opening and closing doors, etc from my room. Aside from that, front desk was amazing, so was the door guy. Everyone and everything else in the property was great. Location was amazing!

CHAOYANGYes, there is a beach on your own, and the room has a simple kitchenette. But to the hotel valet unified parking, it is not convenient to pick up the goods back and forth, but also to tip each time. The price of Ctrip is only the base price. In addition, the daily parking fee is 40 US dollars, other Wi-Fi, mineral water and other costs are 35 US dollars, and additional taxes are required.

Room clean but very small. Friendly service.
As people over 70, we did not feel at ease.
On the first day, there was a pool party at the swimming pool, and we didn't feel inclined to go to the pool. (Saturday)
On the day of departure, Sunday, we were able to use the pool after checking out. However, 80% of the sunbeds by the pool were reserved.
The music volume is between 80 and 118 decibels.
Around 10:30 PM, there was also a noise disturbance.
Something was done about this after a phone call.
In short: Nice place for young people, but they won't see me here again…

Guest UserHonestly, the Ritz-Carlton rarely disappoints, and this stay perfectly met my expectations for a South Beach getaway. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, especially the fruit selection which was abundant and unique. My only minor regret was the absence of a salad option, which felt a bit odd for someone used to having vegetables for breakfast. While the staff kindly brought me some avocado and tomato, it still felt like I was missing out on some Vitamin C. I'm not sure if it's a Southern thing to treat fruit as a vegetable, but the lack of salad was a bit surprising. What truly delighted me was finding out that the lobby featured Krigler, a perfume brand Audrey Hepburn loved. As a big fan of hers, I didn't hesitate to purchase a bottle.

A great hotel for beach recreation! Ocean at 100m, Ouche Drive Street only with a bike and pedestrian track. Bicycle rental is free for 1 hour, but not particularly controlled, you can roll more: there are all rolling opportunities, long embankment for dozens of kilometers. The room is chic! Big, with a cup of excellent coffee in the morning. Bed is comfortable, soft, towels can be changed every day, Beach towels are issued free of charge. The balcony is not available, but there is no need. The atmosphere of the holiday!!!
