I really enjoy staying at the this property.
It is perfect for families or friend traveling together. Everyone gets their own room own bed and own bathroom.
The gym and pool area is great. The gym is equipped enough for what you would want whilst away from home.
I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a complaint but my one complaint this time is housekeeping went way overboard with the Febreeze in the bedroom, it was so intense I could’ve tasted it we had to open the window to air out the room. The linen and pillows were overwhelmingly smelling of Febreeze.

This place was incredible. We were so great full to find such a nice place that’s a 2 bedroom apartment for less than a small hotel room. The only confusion was where to check in. You need to go next door to the entrance of building to check in. The parking wasn’t bad just very small parking spots and was difficult to get in them. I defiantly would stay here again!

This is a great place to stay for a few days or longer. We appreciated the ease of walking to the shops at Dadeland Station, literally across the road, to get groceries, coffee, clothing, car rental, etc. It's a 10 minute walk to Dadeland Mall and a dozen restaurants.
The property offers free secure parking, night security guard, free package collection for online shopping and the staff are very easygoing. Rooms are bigger and better equipped than most any hotel room, so we'll definitely stay here again when visiting South Miami.

We really enjoyed our stay; however, we had 3 issues:
- the rugs had just been shampooed so they were damp when we arrived.
- we were never able to connect to the internet
- there is a $250 charge if we don’t leave the parking sign in the room. This is really excessive for a sheet of paper that can easily be duplicated.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was large and comfortable, but the thing that made it most special were the people. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating from check in to security. We felt right at home and well taken care of. Highly recommend

Excellent, ample, quiet place to stay in South Miami. My only comment would be that we did not get pool towels. We used the pool, but there were no towels there either, and no one to ask about it. Other than that, we loved this place, and will return to it.
