Moved location days before our check-in
I had initially booked a room by the Calle 8 location but 5 days before they switched our reservation to another location.
The new location was ideal with free parking. Bed & sofa bed were uncomfortable, limited hangers in closet & no place to store clothes; no dressers. Only one towel per person. I asked for two extra towels & a blanket but they weren't available until the following day. By then, I had already purchased new ones at Target.
