Location: Many users mention convenient location, such as being close to Wynwood Walk, beach, and bus stops. For example, it's a 6-minute walk to Wynwood Walk and close to bus stops, and convenient location close to beach

So this place doesn't exist as listed. Turns out, they will collect payment, wait till you are at the property, only to advise you, not of something minor but that if you need a place to stay, you will be staying out in the hood, at their other property. I had to haul all of my things, across town, to a house, that I would have NEVER stayed in or booked, had an awful night, someone was trying to break into the house, the locks are beyond cheap, my door locked but didn't have a key, forget getting back in if you lock yourself out, forget having a chair to sit in while this is happening, there is no furniture or even clean sheets. Drama drama drama. Don't stay here, creating a situation and preying on people who are in a bad spot, that you put them in, is criminal. I have contacted attorneys and appropriate agencies to take care of this situation.
