This is a great property, in that it is in close proximity to Bal Harbour. The toiletries (soap, shampoo etc.) are abysmal, I would almost recommend brining your own. Also, the bed squeaks, which is incredibly annoying. I have stayed in a couple of different rooms and I have noticed this in both.

I normally never leave any reviews for any establishment, nor positive or negative because I understand that every has their separate opinion of service and standards but this hotel is horrible never stay here ever again the receptionist thought she was the leader of the free world and was the most horrible person to deal with I requested to speak with the manager manager, and I was given the name of daniel urdaneta’s email adnd never returned my complaint email and the reception never gave me the managers number NEVE REVER EVER STAY HERE

Pool didn’t have heat, jacuzzi was broken for entire stay. No bar at hotel. Feels like a mediocrity motel at best.

Beautiful property, description is misleading since I thought valet was included in resort fee but it was an extra $40 per day. Complimentary bottle of wine was never delivered. Continental bfast was just ok and no other eating options available. Valet management was best ! After checking out, I had unexplained charge to my CC in lieu of additional valet charges. Still no explanation as what they were and no response from hotel

We’re with the family in December 2023. The hotel is in great location with 7min walk from the beach. Mall 3min away. Restaurants. Safe and rich neighbourhood. Will definitely come back!

I thought the front desk staff and property were second to none. However, I was less than impressed with the valet parking process. It not only took forever to get our car checked in it took even longer to get the car checked out. I would strongly recommend the hotel consider adopting a process where a guest can call ahead to have their cars brought up to alleviate some of the wait time. In our case we spent over 20 minutes regularly waiting for our car, it was even worse if there was so much as one guest waiting ahead of us.,

The property is clean. The staff is super friendly. Overall a pleasant place and we enjoyed our stay, however I discovered charges for things that we never used. I still have to speak to a manager about it as he/she was not available at checkout but if I had not checked (which I rarely do) I wouldn’t even have known. Although a nice place, the false charge for services not provided (hopefully accidental) is quite concerning.

This older hotel had been refurbished nicely with lots of glitz. Our room was well done and comfortable. But the manufactured wood floor had gaps, some large, between the planks, and could have been cleaner. We had a nice balcony with its own private garden (though not well maintained) - a first for us. The breakfast buffet was good, but not outstanding. No obvious hand sanitizer. Excellent omelet, though. All the staff we encountered had English as their second or third language. But they were very competent and eager to please. Our only problem was the steep ramp from street to lobby. Our “trailer” was not handling that well. However, the valets Hassan and Carlos were extremely helpful, and made sure we were happy with the accommodation. There was a $40.00 parking charge.
