Needed help with luggage when arrived but no help was offered.
Booked a pool view room and was given a room that didn’t see the pool at all.
No house keeping and when asked was told by receptionist it only starts on the third day of my stay so technically on the day of my check out. I found that very strange.
public transport is 30 minutes walking from hotel to get to and from closest point of public transport available.
The noise from airplane’s engines is continuous and it’s too much day and night.
Can easily hear people in rooms next to mine as if they’re
in the same room as me.

We were only there for a quick night (flew in late and left early) but it was perfectly fine. Close to the airport, very quiet.

Without exaggeration, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed! Even though its close to the airport, the shuttle service only takes you to arrivals and not departure, imagine taking suitacses across roads and elevators to find check in! Plus the driver was rude saying that we can’t expect free service and get dropped to spot! Even on check in day the bellman demanded tip and practically slammed the door as I had no local currency. All this was reported to management but I guess nothing will be done. Overall I will never ever stay here again and they have embarrassed the Hilton brand!

For a junior King suite, we were disappointed. No mini fridge, no actual glassware or crockery (just paper cups), no bottles of water, no robes and no slippers. The bathroom had shampoo and conditioner but no shower gel; the mini soap bar was beside the sink, a discovery made after one was already in the shower.
The gym was clean with the usual amenities (including towels and fruit).
The breakfast was quite good (meaning from the menu as the buffet breakfast looked like the usual rudimentary fare). The restaurant had no placemats nor was there a saucer to place used coffee/teaspoons (coffee and tea were served in mugs, which is fine but bring a saucer!).
The porter the following morning was very apologetic (sadly I can no longer recall his name, begins with an S) and only because of him, we thought maybe, just maybe, we could give a Hilton hotel another chance.

Love it , overall experience here was great so far. I always enjoyed staying at the Hilton . This property located very close to the airport which also provides the shuttle service to the airport. The facility was also great. Staff was very friendly and sincere.
