I stayed for 7 nights. For a 4 star hotel, I'm disappointed. It's very dated, poor lighting, the carpet is disgusting, the bed needs replacement - mattress is old, lack support, the phone doesn't work, the bathroom lost the hook to hang your towel and didn't fix it just paint over it.
The fire alarm randomly went off at 8am in my room, it's shockingly loud, as they are... The service lady said it's fine, like it's not fine, you cannot stay in the room with that noise it's deafening. The maintenance entered the room with no privacy - just found him in there after going to the front desk! He asked me to pack my stuff - whilst the alarm is going off - so here I am throwing all my stuff out of the room in choas just to get it out - trying to minimise damaging my ears by getting out as quickly as possible.
I do not recommend this place at all. I will never come back, there's plenty of better hotels. For the price they charge... I expect better. It's like hostel quality.
