Everything was cool, but the smoke alarm went off because I was in the shower to long. They did give free breakfast for the issue and gave us a better room tough.

There were roaches in my room , i spoke to the front desk and they had security come kill a roach that was on the wall , i took pictures and made videos on Roaches running around my room. I’m also waiting for the manner to respond back to my email due to me requesting of 3 days worth of my money back. Other than that the customer service was beauty and the works were nice

YVE Hotel🏨has a good location! You can walk to the lively area of the seaside~ Pier 5. The free air-conditioned bus 🆓MIABIS across the road can take you to the Miami Design District (luxury street), and the departure point of the double-decker sightseeing bus🚍 is nearby;🏨opposite the hotel is a 24-hour🏪supermarket CVS/pharmacy (Alipay is available), and ROSS large supermarket🏪 can buy Samsonite trolley cases and Levi's501 jeans👖; there are also two Starbucks nearby, and there are many restaurants;🏨the hotel also provides tourist buses; the WIFI signal is strong. The room is moderately sized and the view outside the window is good! Walk-in closet🧥, bathroom🚻mini, bring your own slippers, bath water is OK🛁, there are bottled water and coffee machine☕️, there is a refrigerator,🔌power sockets are widely distributed, and the air conditioner is a little loud; I paid 200$ in advance with a credit card💳.

The room is very small and the toilet is as big as the one in the village. The pictures and text are seriously inconsistent. The price is indeed cheaper in the surrounding area. The location is excellent, it's a 10-minute walk to the beach. You can book a taxi in the lobby to go to the cruise terminal, $8/person. The distance is not far, but the traffic is serious and it is not suitable for walking. This hotel has a big problem taking the elevator, so you have to choose a low-level room, such as the 4th floor, to avoid being late during peak hours.
