They have termites in room at night and Rude manager ,They Elevator is always not working not good if disable and useing wheelchair

They didn’t give me the chance to see the hotel where to stay in it discrimination completely I will never recommend a Hotel to nobody

Love this hotel very neat nice customer service in plus you round alot of things the mall nice restaurants thats not far away. The pool area is the best

Not got for the first time

No microwave, some rooms had them some did not, only 1 blanket for 2 beds, check in took 25 minutes because the desk clerk checked someone else into my room under my name. Rooms were not the cleanest, holes in the wall in the bathroom from previous shower rods. Room keys needed replaced daily. Check in parking is absolutely a nightmare, so small. Elevators were god awful, so slow, also one was shut down most of my stay. Getting down to floor 1 and back up took multiple minutes each time. Have stayed in many many hotels/motels, this is one of the worst I’ve experienced. For $100 a night, I got ripped off.

I was here for two nights. I was on the 5th floor and the elevator is super slow and the first night the elevator was turned off after 5 and you have to go inside to use the one in the lobby this was an inconvenience. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room, the tub was dirty and the towels had hair on them. In addition to that the tub was clogged. We asked for clean towels before we left and expected to have them when we returned but when we returned later that night no one had entered the room to give new towels or remove the trash. We had to go ask for towels and was told that they do not enter the rooms to clean until guest check out. Overall the stay was not worth the money.

Motel 6, unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The room's cleanliness was below par, with evident signs of neglect. Basic essentials like towels were missing, and the unwelcome presence of cockroaches was unsettling. To add to the discomfort, the initially missing amenities, including a refrigerator and microwave, were eventually provided from what seemed like a storage area—dusty and infested with bugs. The elevators, were filthy and emitted unpleasant odors, creating a rather unwelcoming atmosphere. Attempts to address these concerns, especially the room were met with disappointment. Despite requesting a meeting with the General Manager, my requests were denied, and no formal complaint was registered. Compensation, none was offered, leaving me dissatisfied with both the experience and the lack of responsiveness to my concerns. After persistent follow-ups, a room change was arranged, promising better lighting. However, the new room still lacked the booked amenities (refrigerator and microwave) as booked by us, leaving me questioning the overall commitment to guest satisfaction and the do not care attitude was evident. Significantly short of the standards one would expect, considering the brand reputation. I was hoping to discuss these concerns further with the General Manager to gain insights into how such lapses in service can be addressed promptly during our stay but that never happened. All in all, the worst experience ever!

Stayed a week there, the elevator was slow with terrible smell; a little noisy as it’s close to the highway; felt a bit unsafe with the size of the hotel; staff were very friendly and helpful; no room service during the stay.

Found a few roaches, floor was sticky had to keep shoes on the whole time, and sheets were damp
