Self check-in/out is provided, but it was difficult to find my reservation, so the front desk helped me. Although not very friendly, the room condition and cleanliness were okay. You have to lower the bed yourself to use it. The swimming pool was okay too.

Yotelpad is ideally located. Just steps from Biscayne Market, shops, bars and restaurants and the metromover.
Clean and very well appointed apartment (bathroom, kitchen area, etc.) The beds are comfortable (including the one built into the wall).
In terms of facilities, the gym is quite complete and the heated swimming pool area is pleasant.
Several elevators and their selection system help limit waiting times despite the many floors. The hotel is modern. The staff is pleasant.
The only negative point would be the waiting time for breakfast... allow around 45 minutes between the time you are seated (and there is sometimes a wait to get a table) and your breakfast is served.

It's like a big car shop, similar to a domestic B&B. The only advantage is that it is close to Bay Park.

This hotel is the best, and something happened to us that night. Our car had a flat tire. Ctrip customer service comforted me and helped adjust the hotel. Thank you very much Ctrip, Ctrip is trustworthy❤️❤️

Great place, and I can see fantastic improvements since my last stay when it comes to friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
My only negative experience is something the hotel can’t be blamed too much about…. It was extremely seldom to see someone showering before entering pool or jacuzzi. People would even jump right into the pool in the afternoon wearing dirty shorts and their underwear! I wish the hotel move the shower, or mark it much more clearly…. Put a sign, shower before entering pool or jacuzzi.

Surrounding area is mediocre a lot of bums but next to bayside park with restaurants, bars, and shopping. Room is small and run down, the photographer deserves a Grammy! They put modern touches but is a band aid for a bleeding wound. Floor had stains, towels smelled like sweat. Front desk was helpful and friendly.
