客服人員態度挺好，剛好退房是早上五點多，快速辦理了退房手續，就是衞生不好，進去地面不是很乾凈，也就將就住了。
設施：水壺用不了，電視開不了

房間的燈和廁所的燈都是壞的，整個房間衹有兩個燈會亮，天花板還會掉皮，入住第一天就沒水，牀頭櫃裏還有垃圾，衞生條件有待提高。
