老闆挺熱情的。沒有電梯，這個大床房最高層，沒有可以打開的窗户，但是空調外機那留的有口子。空調能用。有熱水。總的來説還可以離綿陽師院很近，走路十分鐘內到，附近有早餐店，學校內有公交站直達高鐵站（在高鐵站一定要坐直達公交車來這個賓館，轉車時間很長且附近無共享單車，但是如果公交車等太久那轉一下也行）

衹能説一分價錢一份服務，酒店臨近馬路，到了晚上特別特別!特別特別特別非常吵!!!睡眠不好的謹慎考慮，反正我睡這裏晚上是睡不着的，窗子也不隔音，休息得很不舒服，住了兩天，也沒給打掃房間。
