This is a clean and comfortable hotel in the center of Mianyang. The rooms are a good size and our non smoking room was really non smoking :) Cleaning is well done and beds are comfortable. The hotel is reasonably quiet, considering the location in a busy spot. The bathroom design is a bit strange with a semi transparent window next to the shower. People in the room can clearly see the person in the shower, especially at night if the bathroom light is on. It could be uncomfortable if you are travelling with friends or colleagues. Also the hot water wasn’t very hot. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly. They don’t really speak English but they have apps to help translate. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room feels good overall, spacious and bright. The floor is high, the room is clean and the rest is good at night. The reception hall on the 23rd floor is beautiful and the night view is beautiful. Opposite is the Internet Red No. 1 Bridge, you can walk on it at night, and you can run and ride a bicycle during the day. I am very happy to meet Miss Tiffany. Her professional service and smile make me very satisfied. I look forward to coming back next time and will share it with my friends.

The surprise of staying at this hotel in Mianyang was that after I handed my ID card to the girl ”Huili” at the front desk for check-in, whether I went to the front desk to inquire about any matters in the evening or went to the restaurant for dinner in the morning, the staff here would greet me with my last name and actively communicate with me, which made me feel that they really remembered me, which also surprised me. I don't know how Atour does its training, this is a kind of intimacy that I have not felt in other hotels. During my meal, I met the little girl named ”Huili” who checked me in in the elevator. She took the initiative to help me to refresh the elevator floor. During this time, she was holding a bowl of Mianyang rice noodles. I casually asked, ”Can you deliver it to the room?” She told me sincerely: there was a mother with a plaster leg and a child staying in the hotel. Only the child was seen coming down for breakfast. The restaurant partner asked and learned from the child that the mother had difficulty moving and did not come downstairs, so he took the initiative to deliver a bowl of hot special rice noodles to the guest in the room. This is not just hot rice noodles, this is service that warms your heart. I stayed in Atour for three days. The soundproofing is super good. The room is very quiet, the shower head is very comfortable, the water temperature is just right, the faint fragrance of the store permeates the entire public area, the corridor and the lobby use the same fragrance, I have to say it smells very good, even the smell of the hotel's laundry detergent is super good, and they can also provide free laundry service. When I needed to catch an early flight when I left, I tried to ask if I could pack some bread and milk to take away. Can you imagine that in addition to bread and milk, the bag given to me the next day also contained fruits, eggs, fried noodles, and most importantly, wet wipes. Atour, you are so thoughtful. I will continue to choose Atour next time, and hope to experience the same heartwarming service as Atour in Mianyang in more Atour stores.

I took my baby back to Mianyang to visit relatives and stayed at Baden Hotel again. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the service was very meticulous. Special thanks to He Qing, the assistant lobby manager. I troubled her many times during my stay, helped her book a private room for meals, and prepared things for the children. She always responded to my requests. The overall service of the hotel is also quite high. The room service will pay attention to whether we have laundry and babies, and will prepare small steps and clothes drying racks for the babies. During the meal, the waiters and managers will come in to ask about the quality of the service and the taste of the dishes. It was a very satisfactory stay experience!

I came to Mianyang with my friends. I saw this hotel rated online. The front desk service was very good. We were given two rooms next to each other. There are several teahouses in the hotel. Shortly after booking, I received a call from the hotel staff. They thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning in my room beforehand, ensuring a comfortable rest as soon as I arrived. The restaurant boasts a pleasant, well-lit environment with ample seating, so it never feels crowded. What's more, they even offer tips to avoid peak breakfast hours, which is incredibly considerate. The hotel also excels in its security and privacy measures. During check-in, room numbers are not verbally announced but are discreetly indicated on the registration form. Access to guest room areas requires a key card, and even deliveries are handled by robots. Many guests prioritize security, and this hotel truly goes above and beyond in this aspect.

The room is as good as always. I can communicate well with Xiao Wei every time. The beautiful lady Xiao Lai who checked in has a very gentle and beautiful voice. The cleaning lady on duty on the 5th floor has a very good attitude and will meet any requirements. When I go upstairs to do laundry, I will be happy to say hello to the cleaning lady when I pass by. I will continue to stay here next time. I have already booked a new room type for next time!
