Holiday Inn Express Holly Springs - Raleigh Area

We enjoyed our visit. This was our second time in this hotel with in 2 months. We liked it the first time so we went back again. Very clean. And friendly staff.

Hotels, smell like pesticide, then ones arriving into my room I noticed there were ants all around in the corners at the bathroom and I’m in the bedroom. Asked to be changed from Room, which they did they switch me to another room

Staff was not very friendly and helpful. I was charged twice. Even after spoken with her she quite didn’t understand so she charged me a third time. Luckily I got it straightened out with a manager and my bank.

For being a brand new property, it's not going to look new for long if the cleaning staff doesn't step it up a few notches. The grout was already starting to look gross in the lobby, the lobby and elevators needed to be swept, there were some stains in the carpet already in the hall, our bathroom counter had a few small hairs and lint on it. The check in and check out process took longer than (over 15 minutes each) any hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff was friendly, but they just need to work a little harder at keeping a brand new facility looking brand new.

Beautiful new hotel. It has only been open for 6 months. The hallways are brightly lit and clean.

The free continental breakfast was better than the expected. They had biscuits and gravy, omlettes, sausage, and all the usual cereal and breads. It was a great breakfast!

Beautiful brand-new hotel! Our room was lovely! The only detriment, and it did not bother us because we got up early, was all the construction going on around the hotel.

This is a new motel. The beds are horrific. They feel worn already and extremely uncomfortable. I would also question if the sheets were changed from the previous guest.

This place was amazing! Super clean, great location and exceeded our expectations! We will be staying here again!
