Big4 Perth Midland Tourist Park

Stayed at the Big 4 for 3 weeks. Quite central to malls and the highway. It is a little dated and bathrooms could do with a spruce up. We were quite happy there. It's a shame some people just can't clean up after themselves. Met some lovely people that are long term there. We enjoyed our stay.

AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE BIG4 … LOOK ELSEWHERE Recently, my wife and I stayed at Big4 Perth Midland Tourist Park. This without doubt would have to be the worst Big4 caravan park that I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at a few being a Big4 Member. In fact, I would go as far as to say that it is an absolute disgrace to the name of Big4 who would do well to distance themselves from this park. Many of the permanent’s sites, of which there are many, are nothing short of hovels which should be condemned; the ablutions whilst old, really need some proper cleaning and not just a lick and a promise. Hand soap in the ablutions was hit and miss, and garbage bins were continually overflowing and reeked of rotten food (prawns heads, crab shells etc) in the heat. The bins need to be either replaced more often as they become full or moved to a more central area away from sites, and if the permanents must walk a short way to put their rubbish in the bin, then so be it … having them parked outside their vans bringing flies and vermin is unacceptable especially in the heat of summer. Our site had a gutter that was so high that it caught our grey water outlet as we backed in twisting it 90 degrees, but thankfully not breaking the outlet. When we leave, again we expect the high gutter will catch the outlet again and hopefully not break it. Despite the check-in documents saying there is to be no washing of cars and caravans, several times we saw both permanents and campers doing just that … washing their cars etc … no intervention by staff was ever observed telling people to stop this practice. We needed consistent WI-FI as we were selling our house and needed contact both with sales agency and solicitors to facilitate the sale … but the Internet was “spotty and intermittent” every single day of our stay, even in the early hours of the morning when fewer people would be using it. Numerous times a day, I had to reboot my laptop which was extremely disappointing and frustrating when the booster was less than 10 metres from where our caravan was situated. Whilst the staff were fabulous, and accommodating, and the rates competitive, it did not make this stay worth coming back … we will never stay here again. For those looking at staying here, look elsewhere … it is a disgrace!

Big 4 Midland There was 37 of us and no complaints We hired multiple chalet.. everyone was clean and comfortable The entire group had a great time The camp kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed The pool was wet and cooled us down on those hot days. The staff were amazing right from the start from enquiries to booking checking in and checking out and everything in between nothing was an issue for them Thanks Laura and all the staff at Big 4 Midland. We will be back and we will be recommending you guys to everyone

Perfect place to camp. Just very hot. We are working our way through all of your accomodation. Cabins huts etc. Pool was perfect temp, ablutions were clean and tidy, grassed areas today. Can't fault it

Quick and easy to find reception, friendly staff behind counter and easy check in. Clean, spacious and comfortable room/s, well equipped kitchen and nice deck area. Highly recommend and would happily stay again. Also quick and easy check our.

Chalet was excellent and very spacious very clean, had all amenities required. Wifi was a touch and go at times other than that could not fault the room. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Good chalet

I stayed in a bedroom cabin. Beautifully presented. Everything one could need for a getaway. Easy to get to shops at Midland Gate. When I arrived it was a hot afternoon the aircon was on & icy poles in the freezer. A great welcome on a hot afternoon. A beautiful clean park & very secure.

We stayed in Cabin no. 75 in Nov 2023 and the reception staff were very helpful indeed. Price we paid was mid $130’s per night and cabin very clean and had Queen size bed as well as a single size bed. Good air-con also. Cooking facilities were provided, but to watch TV only Kitchen chairs. Wifi very slow & keeps dropping out. Many minor items need repairs as the unit is many years old. The overall complex is many years old and parts look very tired, broken kerb & some brick pavers. Overall I rate it good value for convenience.
