This hotel is located around a corner up on a hill away from noise and traffic. It is well appointed, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good and contained a lot of varied items. The service was prompt and kind. I highly recommend this motel.

We were in town for Laurel Cove Music Festival. I have traveled for many festivals, but have never had a hotel cater and care for it's guests like this one! They had smalls snacks and waters for us, always asking if we needed anything and even got the festival shuttle to come up the hill to us. This is no doubt where we are staying next year and anytime we are in Middlesboro.

The property is very clean, all staff were so polite and courteous. Breakfast was very nice. Quite location, nestled in the trees. The park is a few minutes away, several restaurants close by. Don’t miss out on the downtown food options. Sunset view from the front of the building was awesome.

So much better than expected! Nice, easy to access, but out of the way property. Clean, friendly, and accommodating. Apparently Sleep Inn has come a long way! Room was spotless, bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was wonderful.

Watch for the sign - GPS may be wrong Even thought our GPS had us wandering around the neighborhood behind the hotel we finally found the place located behind the Holiday Inn express in a very secluded area. The staff was very friendly and very helpful in a good place to eat and what part of town to avoid because of construction. Best breakfast on our whole trip.
