Overall a great stay.
Rooms weren’t serviced every single day which wasn’t too much of an issue since we were there over the Christmas period.
But seeing as there were 3 of us staying, they only gave 2 towels every time - again not too much of an issue as we just asked reception!
The room itself was clean and tidy, spacious!
3 of us fit on the bed (13yo, 9yo & myself), in our 1 bedroom ☺️ which was great since our room sofa wasn’t too comfortable to sleep on.
Has everything you need - dishwasher, washing machine & dryer etc.
Great location, close to mall, shops, train & dialysis centre (all walking distance)
Would definitely stay there again 100%.

Location was excellent, good value too. Clean rooms and great to have adjoining rooms for families. However, housekeeping is not done every day and public holiday, and I found tiny cockroaches on the last day,

This is a great place position wise for airport trains etc.
only thing it doesn’t do meals or have a vending machine to get a drink out of. There are rooms with cooking facilities but not much good if you don’t bring food.
We tried 4 places outside to find Coca Cola but to know avail😉
The place is clean and welcoming.

The hotel’s cleanliness was acceptable. Midland Gate Mall is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the hotel.
However, the main drawback was the location. Midland is about 20 km away from most major attractions and the city center, which meant we had to travel an extra 20 km round trip every time we wanted to visit key destinations or return to the hotel.
The hotel only has four parking slots, and they were unavailable throughout our 4-day stay. Fortunately, there’s a large car park behind the hotel that’s free to use from 6 PM to 8 AM, and roadside parking is also an option.

Only a short Uber drive to the hotel from the airport and very close to the shopping centre and shops and restaurants, perfect for a one night stay, when you only have a short amount of time on your hands. Will certainly be staying at this hotel again in the future.

The room was decent, conveniently located, and clean. While the facilities were a bit old, they were well-maintained and didn't look worn. The staff were friendly and attentive, but the Indian front desk lady refused to let me check in early, citing hotel policy and offering no explanation. Her attitude was a bit abrupt.

The room equipment is very good and the hygiene is satisfactory. However, if it rains, there will be a loud dripping sound from the iron plate at night. The dishwasher will freeze for the whole day if it senses blisters during the washing process. Overall, it is good and suitable for family travel.

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Perth, but it is very convenient if you have a car. The parking lot downstairs is basically sufficient and the surrounding area is fully equipped.
