A hidden gem in Naxos! We stayed at The Key in a shared pool room – everything was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We loved the sunbeds right on the water, the modern bathroom, spacious room, and the Nespresso coffee – perfect touches for a relaxing stay. The food was outstanding – better than 90% of the restaurants we tried in Naxos. The atmosphere is calm and elegant, with genuine attention to detail and warm hospitality. A big thank you to Anthonis, one of the owners, who made us feel truly at home. Although they just opened in June and only have a few reviews, The Key absolutely deserves to be discovered!

One of the most beautiful hotels in the Cyclades in Naxos!!! Will definitely be coming back. The grounds of the key were simply gorgeous, the landscape around was so serene with this amazing mountain and amazing sea views from our room. The staff was simply the greatest. Wunderschönes neues Boutique Hotel in Mikri Vigla. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, am Pool wurde immer Wasser serviert, Service sehr freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Anlage sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Am Strand stehen für Hotelgäste kostenfrei Liegen bereit, die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben, da der Strand hier voll mit Kitesurfern ist. Keine 2 km Richtung Norden gibt es einen sehr schönen Strand mit einem Foodtruck an der Straße, an dem wir mehrmals zum Baden waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder, das The Key ist ein kleines Juwel für Ruhesuchende. Für Paare/ Einzelreisende und Familien mit älteren Kindern, die abseits vom Trubel ein besonderes Hotel suchen, perfekt!

nous avons réservé une maisonette pour 4 personnes. en fait, il y a un seul lit au niveau de la mezzanine et en bas c'est 1 et demi canapé avec des draps dessus... donc impossible de dormir si vous avez plus de 10 ans et la largueur du "canapé lit" fait 80 cm seulement. problème de conception de climatisation, soit en bas il fait 18°C et 24°C en haut ou 23°C en bas mais 27°C en haut. le service du petit déjeuner est extrêmement mal organisé, long et géré par des jeunes peu expérimentés. il faut allez commander directement vos boissons chaudes au début du service au bar pour avoir peut être la chance d'avoir vos boissons tièdes lorsque vous aurez terminé de manger.

Una struttura scenografica in buona posizione vicino a Micro Vigla. Le camere sono arredate in modo moderno, ma quelle con soppalco hanno il grande limite di non potere regolare in modo adeguato la climatizzazione: sotto si gela, sopra si suda. Colazione discreta, senza particolari eccellenze (ad esempio, miele e marmellatine sono industriali). Personale totalmente inadeguato: totale incapacità di gestire la sala colazione, inaccettabile in una struttura “di lusso” come si dichiara. I diversi “investitori” proprietari della struttura sono costantemente mescolati ai turisti. Lettini in spiaggia comodi (quando non soffia il meltemi), ma senza alcun servizio. Sgradevole inconveniente: dopo avere prenotato la stanza e pagato anticipatamente con bonifico per pernottamenti e tasse varie, al momento del check out mi vengono chiesti 80€ aggiuntivi di “tassa per il clima” sostenendo che non erano inclusi in quanto pagato. Fidandomi pago per poi accorgermi il giorno seguente che in realtà quella tassa era inclusa nella somma bonificata. Ho mandato 4 e-mail alla struttura chiedendo il rimborso di quanto non dovuto e non ho mai ricevuto nemmeno una risposta. Ho telefonato e mi è stato promesso un bonifico della somma non dovuta, ma non è mai arrivato. Nel complesso quindi, una bella struttura gestita in modo pessimo, ben distante dalla qualità offerta in strutture greche molto più modeste. Non vale i soldi spesi.

🌟 Απόλυτη πολυτέλεια & άνεση δίπλα στη θάλασσα! Μια πραγματικά εξαιρετική εμπειρία από την πρώτη στιγμή έως την αναχώρηση! Το ξενοδοχείο, ολοκαίνουργιο (κατασκευής 2025), συνδυάζει κομψότητα, μοντέρνο design και λειτουργικότητα με έναν τρόπο που σπάνια συναντάς. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο, φωτεινό και εξοπλισμένο με την τελευταία λέξη της τεχνολογίας. Το στρώμα εξαιρετικά αναπαυτικό και η ηχομόνωση άψογη – ιδανική για απόλυτη χαλάρωση. Το γυμναστήριο είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με σύγχρονα μηχανήματα και άπλετο χώρο, ενώ η εξωτερική πισίνα ήταν πάντα πεντακάθαρη και τέλεια θερμοκρασιακά ρυθμισμένη. Η θέα από την πισίνα στον περιβάλλοντα χώρο ήταν απλά μαγευτική. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι στρατηγικά ιδανική – μόλις 300 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε παραλία και ταυτόχρονα αρκετά ήσυχο για να απολαύσει κανείς την ηρεμία των διακοπών. Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό, επαγγελματικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει κάθε ανάγκη με χαμόγελο – κάτι που κάνει πραγματικά τη διαφορά. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για έναν προορισμό που ανεβάζει τον πήχη της φιλοξενίας. Αν ψάχνετε για έναν χώρο που να συνδυάζει πολυτέλεια, άνεση και υψηλής ποιότητας υπηρεσίες σε κοντινή απόσταση από τη θάλασσα, αυτό το ξενοδοχείο είναι αδιαπραγμάτευτα η πρώτη σας επιλογή. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα!

Αξίζει την προσοχή μας ένα ολοκαίνουριο ξενοδοχείο στη Νάξο, το " the key of Naxos resort" στην Μικρή Βίγλα. Προσεγμένα υλικά, αρχιτεκτονική που σέβεται την κυκλαδίτικη παράδοση, σε συνδυασμό με τους φιλόξενους οικοδεσπότες, που η φροντίδα τους δημιουργεί μια ξεχωριστή αίσθηση οικειότητας. Το προσωπικό διαλεκτό: κάθε συνεργάτης τους, όλο το προσωπικό, είναι παιδιά εκπαγλου ευγενείας, ένα μπουκέτο από πρόθυμα, χαμογελαστά κ καλλιεργημένα, κάτοχοι δύο κ τριών πανεπιστημιακών σπουδών, με υπέροχη διάθεση να σε κάνουν να νιώθεις ξεχωριστός! Η κριτική μου, δεν θα μπορούσε να κλείσει χωρίς ευφημη μνεία στην ταλαντούχα σεφ, Μαρινέλλα Ζωγράφη, που η φήμη της έχει ξεπεράσει εδώ κ χρόνια τα ελληνικά σύνορα, φτάνοντας η χάρη της μέχρι την μακρινή ήπειρο της Αυστραλίας : μία γυναίκα με μεράκι κ αγάπη για την τεχνη της, που σε σκλαβώνει με τη φροντίδα της κ την καλοσυνάτη ψυχή της !!! Θαυμάστε ορισμένα από τα εμβληματικά της πιάτα. Εσείς, το μόνο που μένει, είναι να πάρετε το πλοίο της γραμμής, ένα αεροπλάνο κ η ευτυχία ανοίγεται μπροστά σας . . .
