An unfortunate stay. Before we even arrived, there was a problem with the confirmation of our reservation (even though we had pre-paid). When we arrived, we were given a room that had broken curtain rails and also there wasn't a water supply in the shower (!). We informed the staff, but they were not bothered at all, so we had to wait without a shower until the next day for the water supply to come. We asked for compensation for this first unfortunate night, but we were merely given free breakfast. Keep in mind that the rooms and the service level are a pain point at this place.
We also addressed Trip.com for a partial refund (for only one of our 3-day booking), but we were just offered some trip coins for the bad experience.
Milan is great but the hotel is not recommended.
