The front desk staff are rather strict, but many of them are kind — they allowed me to store my luggage and told me that the restroom is on the lower floor.
Breakfast is basic, not very diverse, but has all the essentials.

The facilities are outdated, and the room is very small. The front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming during check-in. Overall, it was a very poor experience and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Le strutture sono vecchie e la camera è molto piccola. Il personale della reception è stato scortese e poco accogliente al momento del check-in. Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto deludente. Non consiglierei di soggiornare qui.

Very conveniently situated 4 minute walk from train station with tram stops and metro also very close by. Superb service especially from Camilla/Camile? who gave us expert advice on where to go and how.
