I stayed at Ibis Milano Centro during a recent business trip, and somehow this place became more than just a hotel. It felt like a quiet pause in the middle of a fast-moving life. The location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful enough to rest after long meetings. The lobby always carried a warm energy, a soft rhythm of people coming and going, stories crossing paths. My mornings began with good coffee, a simple breakfast, and that distinct European calm that somehow makes work feel lighter. The room was clean, simple, and honest. Nothing extravagant, but everything I needed was there. After a day full of decisions and deadlines, that kind of simplicity felt like luxury. What I appreciated most was the consistency. From the friendly staff to the comfort of familiar sheets, it created a sense of grounding. When you travel for work, feeling at home in a place that isn’t home is rare, and this hotel quietly offered that. Basically no wifi n even 5G signal in the room. All the guys are go to lobby for internet

Good location, close to the city center, 10 mins walk to popmart store, 30 mins walk to duomo. Some restaurants around the hotel too. Nice hotel ambiance feels like new hotel. But sadly the room is small.

Good option to stay if the price offer is attractive. Location is convenient and the beds are comfortable. But the room is very tiny, both suitcases should be kept only up, otherwise you cannnot walk in the room. The pillows are not comfortable. There was very cold in the room near the window and old air conditioning did not help much to mitigate this. The making up the room one day surprised us very negatively, the sample of the face oil was (kind of not cheap one) left by the maid upside down and almost all oil was on the dusty table in the toilet when we came back. I would strongly recommend the staff not to touch the clients’ belongings and definitely do not cause such loss. So improvements in the service are really expected if we are going to stay here again.

We got to the hotel in the afternoon and the front desk guy was very friendly and very fast. When we got into our room we noticed that there were some black long hairs in the back of the door, as well as someone’s pink underwear hanging from one of the towel hangers. The next day we noticed they didn’t clean the hairs from the door, and as well they didn’t clean up the room well, I blew up my nose late at night and forgot to throw away one of the Kleenex in the morning, which was in my nightstand when we came back on the afternoon. I have to be honest, I was not expecting an over the top situation, but at least for them to clean the rooms well, it’s the bare minimum.

The room was just nice for us. The toilet was not functioning but the staffs changed us a new room immediately. Overall was good.
