Arrived at the hotel at 1am after a flight from the UK. Hotel is very close walking distance to Milano Centrale, after a drop off from the airport transfer bus from Bergamo. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a great experience for a weekend break. The only downside was I couldn’t get to stay longer!

Everything was ok except the checkin was 3 pm instead of 2 pm as shown on our booking confirmation. Checkin process could definitely be improved as it took quite a while for the team to clear (just) 3-4 rooms.
Besides this issue, the room was spacious, amenities fine, breakfast was quite good - some hot dishes, bread & pastries, fruits & salad, coffee machine.
The walking distance from Milan Central train station is about 10mins once you’ve managed to locate the road. Look for the flags hung on the Hotel facade.
It’s an older looking hotel but upkeep/revamp has been done. So, it’s a good price for location, space, amenities.

Great location very close to the central train station and a couple different subway stops. Food, drink, and convenience stores nearby. Very nice room and ambience in the whole hotel. Good breakfast with hot food, pastries, fruit, and meats/cheeses. Helpful staff.

I think the tissue (napkin) is necessary for every single 4-star
Hotel.
But even haven’t provided in this hotel
Also the toilet paper is not good (like the recycle paper)
However, the bed is comfortable
But one have a pillow

To us it’s very European style. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a late night dinner at the pizza restaurant across the road and it was sooo good

great service at the counter
read mixed reviews coming into the stay but was not disappointed
room a little aged but there were some upgrades such as the lift and power sockets

Good location. Breakfast is good but food is placed in a narrow corner. It makes it difficult to pick the food while it is crowded with people.
The hotel should do more maintenance to keep up with its 4 star ranking as some facilities are not working, such as the door lock, and the hand-held shower is clogged by scale.
The shower basin also has seals with black mold.

The hotel is at a very convenient location near the main milan train station. People at the reception were very nice and friendly. Good breakfast with enough wide choice of foods
