Avoid This Hotel — Terrible Stay I stayed in room 128 (27.11.2025 - 28.11.2025) on the ground floor, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was fully tiled from floor to ceiling, which made it feel like a storage room rather than a hotel room. The only window opened directly onto the restaurant’s exhaust system and service area. The hotel advertises adjustable heating, but in reality, it’s central heating with no control. They heat the room so intensely that in a completely tiled space it becomes impossible to breathe. Opening the window doesn’t help either, because the smell of cigarette smoke and cooking fumes comes straight into the room. Another major issue is the complete lack of sound insulation. The night I paid for turned into a sleepless nightmare. Starting from 3 AM, people were pushing carts, unloading and loading items, talking loudly, and slamming doors. This went on until 5 AM. After barely three hours of sleep, the noise continued again. Instead of getting proper rest before my flight, I was exhausted and completely drained. The condition of the bathroom was no better: worn-out fixtures, not a single hook to hang a towel, a persistent sewage smell, and black mold in the shower. In summary, this hotel has serious issues with comfort, hygiene, and basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances. I claim a refund of payment, because the hotel service of quality was not provided
