A bit disappointed with the hotel as our grandfather was hospitalised. No refund even when it’s an emergency.

We had 3 adults and 2 children, booked two rooms, each for 2 adults. However, the hotel insisted that we need to pay for a third room, since we had 5 people. Despite the fact that we explained that our kids are small and can't sleep alone, they made us pay for a third room just to leave it empty, and said that room arrangement was our own problem. Will never come back again.

1.位置好！坐在餐廳吃早餐就能從窗户看拱廊，出門大概10min就能步行到米蘭大教堂
這兩個點的話對於吉普賽人重災區的大i教堂非常友好 可以吃完早餐就那一個手機然後就去大教堂避免背包被偷
2.免費迷你吧很豐富，我們有歡迎飲品送到房間！不過也可能衹是到的晚加上接送站問題溝通的很激烈

此行最坑的酒店！沒有之一！
酒店房間可以説和圖上毫不相干，就連送我們的留學生都説這簡直就是個民宿即視感，就佔一個位置好～
我定的房間圖片上是牆上帶雕花且有一個外在陽台的～和我的房間完全不一樣，中途我去找酒店前台一次問這個問題，前台意思是這些都是展示圖片，我説但是我給你看的是我的訂單上的房間圖片，並不是酒店介紹頁面的圖片，他這才聯繫以後跟我説我訂單上圖片的房間被佔用，可以給我另一個於是在我的要求下看了圖片，我本來打算換，後來覺得太麻煩而且也不是我預訂的房間樣子也差一些，就懶得折騰了～
這個酒店就是地理位置非常好，服務人員給人一種假客氣的感覺，而且還有一個插曲，我是一早飛機從荷蘭飛過來很困很迷，沒戴眼鏡，到酒店一進門有一個大雕塑嚇了我一跳，門口的服務人員一副嫌棄的表情…
總之這裏和五星酒店毫不沾邊，中國人不騙中國人，一宿近3000，還是慎重定，米蘭很方便，地理位置不太偏都差不太多，還是要看房間環境和服務體驗～
