Very bad experience – not a real 4-star hotel
I stayed at this hotel in Da Vinci and I’m very disappointed. When I checked in, everything seemed fine, but later when I asked reception for help, one of the staff members entered my room and after that, I noticed that money was missing from my bag. I reported it to reception, but they didn’t take me seriously, didn’t apologize, and were very disrespectful.
The room was also very dirty – the bathtub had hair and was not cleaned properly. The wardrobe door was broken, and the bed setup was wrong. I booked a double bed, but it felt like a single one. The room only had two small pillows and didn’t match what a 4-star hotel should provide.
The building looks nice from outside, but inside it’s terrible. The staff are rude and unprofessional. I would not even give this hotel one star. I really regret spending my money here.
Please be careful if you stay here — do not leave your bag or valuables unattended.

房間大是挺大的 但是設施很基礎 位置比較偏遠 如果想去市區最好還是住的近一點 周圍沒什麼吃的，這裏比較適合去瑞士中轉

The hotel is very far from the city and the closest station in a 20 mins walk difficult if you have bags.
The hotel is very basic
No iron in the room and there was 1 iron in a room downstairs and so many people waiting to use it.
The toilet door was jamming
Not much toiletries provided had to ask for everything even water when we checked in
Not worth the hefty rate they charged us
