Good hotel

다른 부분은 괜찮으나 외부 전경이 안보이는게 아쉽다.

Location is excellent

Room was great. Excellent location. Bathroom needs updating of shower area. We are not in the 1970s.

The hotel is convenient to the Duomo but the entire hotel needs a deep cleaning and facelift. The hallways were filthy!

Horrible experience en este hotel, habitaciones muy sucias,los baños las paredes con moho, mal olor, alfombras sucias, nos dio picazón todo la noche, encontramos insectos en nuestras sábanas.

Location

Location is excellent and even though our room was old fashioned and too dark, it was very clean and quite large. We were very pleased staying at this hotel.

Very helpful staff. Hotel rooms are clean, but need to be freshened up (bathrooms look old and not so nice). Breakfast is correct with good selection.

Very walkable, subway near by, breakfast was included and decent. Unfortunately, the property itself was in very bad shape. I left a do not disturb sign on my room intentionally because I didn’t want the staff to come in, but it was ignored and my room is cleaned. The shower had a cloth curtain that looked dirty. Everything in the building was very outdated and in very bad shape. In front of the building is a fountain I thought I could sit next to an eat dinner saw four rats within two minutes.

Great location. The rooms need a serious update.

Hotel is under construction. Very noisy and we had to be moved several floors up. This is not disclosed and there is no restaurant on site as notated. There is a rooftop bar that serves appetizers. Front desk staff are not welcoming and the rooms are outdated. Our first room's bathroom had mold in the shower. The breakfast buffet is the same daily and the food is cold. The only positive is the location. Close to the Duomo, restaurants and shopping.
