Great location. Everything was clean and beautiful. The only problem are the windows. The rooms facing the street are really loud, not soundproof, the tram is in front of the building.

Convenient location where many tourist attractions could be easily reached by foot. Spacious room but facilities appear aged. Quality European breakfast.

Extremely poor hotel.
1. No air conditioner in the whole hotel on August 14, 2025.
2. So many flies. The hotel obviously did not clean the room.
3. The blanket in the room has a red stain, just like a blood dot.
4. The water pressure of the hotel is VERY VERY weak.
5. Since the air-con there was not working, I asked the hotel reception to give me a fan, and they gave me a FAN THAT BLOWS HOT WIND, it’s literally almost 40 degrees outside!
At last, I would like to mention that any guest that will stay in this hotel, you must adapt the bad environment. I strongly suggest the owner to renew this hotel. This whole hotel is even worse than a Air-B&B!

We had an excellent one-night stay at this hotel. It was close to the Duomo and other attractions. The Front Desk staff were lovely and helped us to check in early. The room was clean and well-appointed. The breakfast had plenty to choose from, and there was a dedicated staff member to just make coffees for everyone. The only point to mention was that as we were arriving, the door with a ramp did not automatically open and the bellmen did not assist us with luggage (just one step up), but it was a minor issue as we can handle our bags on our own.

I like this hotel because of the location was city centre. A little walk to Milan Catheral , Chiesa di Santa Maria and Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele II .

Good location next to the train station. Rooms are abit tiny for the price though so overall a 4 star cos of location and proximity to metro and pricing .

除了位置沒有優點了，坐電梯不需要電梯卡，感覺沒有安全感，不太推薦！在法國都是刷電梯去指定樓層，這個隨時一個人就可以進來，還可以爬樓梯上來！走廊和大堂都貼着有監控的標誌，但是也還是緊張，除了離着大教堂近，早餐還可以，比在法國和瑞士吃的好，房間很舊，也就是中國2000年左右的裝修風格，很舊很舊，不推薦
