There is parking under the hotel, even though it is a bit expensive in Meekezi location. The rooms are large enough and the facilities are sufficient.

Excellent location, property in good condition, very friendly and helpful staff, especially in the reception.

Los botones no ayudaban con las maletas. No había rampa de acceso al Lobby, solo habían escaleras. La televisión del cuarto muy antigua, no se podía hacer ningún tipo de streaming (Netflix, etc) Solo se podían ver canals es de noticias y deportes en italiano, francés y aleman. No había ninguno en español o inglés.

Located near main shopping area. However hotel is not luggage friendly, long flight of stairs to go into hotel, lifts are incredibly small. No help received to move luggages when checking out. Heater is fantastic but lack ventilation in the rooms. Hotel has no hair conditioner and needs to request for bathrobe. Service staff is not very friendly.

The hotel is in no way near a 4 star hotel, the rooms was just there and my bathroom had a smell from the drainage or so I had to bare that for 3 whole nights, the breakfast was so horrible and worse off cold had to seek a refund (2days) The only plus side was there was a nice restaurant on the street, the metro was just a few blocks away and Duomo was just 3 stops from the station close to the hotel (Lima) and last the staff were amazing very helpful and nice. I wish I could recommend this hotel becos of them but sadly I can’t I would try somewhere else during my next visit hopefully.

The hotel is near the big shopping street. There are many bakeries around to have breakfast.

Brilliant trip, hotel team were excellent, so polite and helpful. Breakfast was a work of art, amazing. Hotel is also well situated, a short walk(20 mins) from the train station and shopping areas. I loved this hotel, we stayed in the junior suite

The hotel is in a good position to get round the city. We moved rooms (after upgrading) as we had the heater from the sauna going off/on every 10 minuted behind our bed (very noisy), only to be moved to another room directly under the boiler stacks (even noisier!!). Breakfast was a shocker, so much so, we didnt even stay to eat. The reception staff were vere nice, just a shame for them that they're dealing with problems beyond their control. This place needs a revamp asap!

Hôtel confortable et bien situé ( proche restaurants, métro, commerces) mais quelques points négatifs : parking à 30€ ! femmes de menage très bruyantes, s'interpellent dans les couloirs, impossible de faire une grasse matinée, des travaux pendant 2 jours ( perceuse, marteau) et aucun geste commercial, ni excuse
