The hotel's reception, cleanliness, service, food taste and variety are excellent. All alacart restaurants are satisfactory. We stayed at the hotel with two girlfriends. The only problem is that the entertainment in the evenings is weak. The events need to be more striking and entertainment activities for young customers need to be organized.
We had stayed in the season before and we were a large group and had a lot of fun.
We stayed between May 18-21. I don't know if that's why it happened, but the entertainment was weak.

Really good barman Diyar. Makes really good cocktails. I love this hotel a lot. The food here is perfect and here are beautiful shows at evenings. The sea at may is pretty cold, but beach is absolutely beautiful. Besides, the good thing is that here is easy to hook up with new people with same interests

We previously visited this hotel five years ago and we were married here. We loved it at the time and couldn’t wait to come back. When we first visited we travelled as a large family and were very happy with our stay. This time it was just myself and my husband. I knew it was going to be nice and special to us, but it exceeded my expectations and they have improved even more! Firstly, it is so close to the airport making the transfer an absolute breeze. When you arrive, you are given welcome drinks and the luxury starts. When we arrived to our room, it was clean, spacious and truly beautiful. We stayed in a deluxe suite and the views were stunning. Our mini fridge was refilled with drinks and snacks every day. The buffet is plentiful and definitely has the edge over any other all inclusive hotels I have visited before. Across the bars and restaurants there are a variety of food and drink choices. Season was winding down so some restaurants were shut. We ate at the Steakhouse and Italian and thoroughly enjoyed it. Around the pool, there were always sun loungers and towels available; there are QR codes to scan to order drinks too and they are brought directly to you. The hotel and grounds are well kept and clean; staff work tirelessly to ensure you have a good time. We will definitely be booking our next visit as we want to return with our children again; it was an absolute pleasure!

Perfect service once again from the guys at the Bellini bar on the beach… especially Abdullah. We were here last year, we loved it so much that we decided to come back again. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We will be back again for sure. ❤️

Visted Pascarella for lunch, and the food was excellent. SiNAN was great, friendly, and very welcoming along with the whole team, including Can and Aysun. Service was quick and will be coming back for lunch again during our stay as the choice was brilliant for adults and children!

From the moment you enter the hotel, you will be greeted with respectful and friendly behavior from all hotel staff. Everyone who sees you will respect you and try to meet all your needs. We checked in on May 22nd and as a honeymoon concept they upgraded our room to a deluxe room with a jacuzzi which was a great surprise and a sign of the hotel's generosity. The hotel rooms are very stylish, modern, and clean, and the sea view from the room is wonderful. The hotel is very large, but due to the presence of shuttles that you can call in front of the room, you can quickly go to different parts of the hotel. The hotel concept is very luxurious and provides you with the best. Special thanks to our Guest Assistants Mr. Ensar and Ms. Hajir who very respectfully tried to fulfill our wishes and They were always available. All the hotel restaurants provide you with the best menus and different concepts, the best quality and taste of food, and there is no bad food. It's great that you can order your food from the table. I recommend you visit Yamas Restaurant and enjoy the seafood and evening events. Special thanks to Mr. Medeni who took great care of us. The hotel bars are very pleasant and have very polite and friendly staff. Special thanks to Mr. Hussein at the Yamas bar who had a good conversation with us and gave us great information about the drinks and the hotel. The hotel's entertainment, including nightly shows and after-party on Crab Beach, is excellent. ENBE orchestra concert was wonderful and very enjoyable. During the 5 days we were in this hotel, there was no negative point and I think that a 5-star rating for this hotel is low and I hope it always remains at this level. Finally, I would like to thank all the staff and hotel managers for their very respectful behavior and I will definitely choose this hotel on my next trip and I recommend everyone not to hesitate to accommodate in this hotel.
