On trip.com I booked a non smoking room. But when we arrived we found out that all of their rooms allow smoking. The whole hotel smells like smoke. I booked this hotel even though it is more expensive than others because I specifically wanted a nonsmoking room. 😩The bathroom had mold, the shower overflows and the bed is hard. We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned and the cleaning lady just folded our towels. The bathroom was left unclean and she didn’t provide toilet paper. The hotel is rundown. The hallways and room floors are dilapidated. The pictures on the app are not accurate. They were probably taken when the hotel was opened for the first time. I gave it a 3 because the ladies at the front desk were very nice and the breakfast was decent.

This hotel is good. The location is very convenient. There is a large parking lot at the door. There are many delicious food just a short walk away. The Qianwang Gate of Honghe Water Town is diagonally opposite. You can go for a walk after eating.
