In suites with sofa beds, the mattresses on the sofa beds have become deformed and are not suitable for sleeping; other beds are of moderate hardness. The room was quite dusty and some of the towels didn't look the cleanest. The room has sufficient heating and the bathroom has good hot water. There are no eggs or meat provided for breakfast (usually the two containers for eggs/meat and oakmeal are empty and not plugged in). It is considered a continental breakfast, not a full breakfast. The parking space can be plugged into a block heater.

Place is a Nasty Dump tried three different rooms all were dirty hair in sinks and bathtub, tooth paste smeared on counter, obvious poop smears in toilet, night clerk was at first friendly and tried to be helpful but when I told him I wanted a full refund he became belligerent and refused! We had booked over two months ago paid in advance full amount for a presidential suite that sleeps six, when my wife checked in she was told all the suites were already occupied 😡 I don’t believe this Dump even has any suites! Additionally they falsely advertise that they are a Best Western Property which they are Not!!!

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Mold, it smells awful, we didn’t dare eat their breakfast as it was an absolute dive. The other patrons down from us were doing sketchy things at best with visitors stopping often throughout the evening. This place is a dump

We found Best West War Bonnet Inn a very pleasant stay. Facility may be worn, but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good, fresh and tasty. Waffles(!) were delicious. The Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Plan to stay here again!

The Worst Most Dirty and Uncomfortable Stay!! An old and rundown hotel that was very very dirty. The doors to the rooms have to be slammed shut to close and they did not fit. Beds old and hard and squeaky. The pool was shut down for repairs and we were not informed. The breakfast was awful, old and stale. Shameful that BW lends it's name to this hotel.

Nice very nice great staff, quite place very nice very clean in rooms and enjoyed hot buffet breakfast in morning. Very friendly and highly speed Internet is good and enjoy Internet channels also. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again. Walking distance lots of restaurants.

Dirty is the least of your worries. No parking at hotel. Smelly, sticky and hot. Bats! Drunk people. AC doesn't work but "works" apparently. Hair on wall, bandaid and feet stains in shower. Pull out bed literally was bent in a U shape. Don't stay! Oh! And the bats on the walls! Love it
