The B&B is located in an Art Nouveau building in a quiet location, well signposted by various road signs, but a short walk from the center (nearby you can visit the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Stella, the fountain of the Ninfa Zizza and what remains of the castle Barresi Brabciforti). There is also reserved parking for loading and unloading and possible parking. Antonio, a super architect, renovated the building to make it truly welcoming and comfortable: due to a small unexpected event, we were given the largest room as an upgrade, usually for 4 people: high ceiling with splendid recovered fresco. Bathroom not huge but comfortable. Excellent mattresses, effective heating (upon arrival in the room it had already been turned on, thus being able to immediately enjoy a pleasant warmth). The rest was excellent and in the morning the breakfast was more than satisfactory, served in a pleasant environment with arched vaults and exposed bricks, topped off with some interesting chats with Antonio himself, a subject with whom one could spend an entire evening discussing everything. He also recommended a good restaurant for us to have dinner at. Thanks to him we were able to visit the Museum of San Nicolò at the Mother Church (many thanks also to the Director who also opened the doors of Santa Maria della Catena to us). In short, go to Militello, it's really worth it. PS: for TV fanatics, find out where Via Baudo is!
